preparing for your session

Here are a few things to keep in mind when preparing for your in-person session. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email me.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Avoid anything with zippers, snaps or buttons to avoid damaging the upholstery. Socks are optional. Face masks are optional, however if you have been exposed to covid, kindly wear a face mask until you are outside the window of risk per CDC guidelines.

  • If this is your first session, we’ll take a few minutes to discuss any injuries you have as well as what your goals are.

  • studio equipment is wiped down thoroughly by both instructor and client.

  • To avoid a late cancellation charge, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your session (group classes have a 12 hr. policy). If you need to cancel inside your window, send a friend in your place!
